It’s common practice now for sellers to have cameras with audio features for protection of property. If you are showing a listing with a potential buyer, be aware that your every movement and conversation may be recorded. So that you do not give away your client’s negotiating position, instruct potential buyers to save all comments and questions for later follow up conversation when you are off the premises. Even front porches are not safe areas to have a negotiation conversation. Advise your clients wisely!
