Today, December 31: The last day to renew REALTOR® membership before being dropped to non-member status and losing benefits.
Last Week in December: The last opportunity for Brokers who don't want to pay non-member assessments to turn in licenses to MREC and provide the Licensee Status Form to CMR. CMR must receive the Licensee Status Form to remove an agent from your roster.
First Week in January: As required by NAR, CMR bills non-member assessments as part of the Broker's dues to all Brokers who have non-members licensed with their firm.
Brokers, to determine whether or not all of your agents are current with the REALTOR® Association and the MLS, log into the Member Portal. In the gray box beneath the name of the office, click Pay Agent Orders. Once there, you will see a list of any outstanding invoices owed by anyone in your firm.
