Buyer’s agent? Yes, if the buyer wants his agent to have it. Generally, the buyer wants the agent to have it to assist with negotiating any repairs the buyer might want.
Listing agent? No. The listing agent should only be given a list of repairs, if any, as a result of the buyer’s home inspection. The listing agent and seller could be put in a position of liability if they see an entire home inspection report containing things that might require an amendment to the PCDS. If a buyer’s agent attempts to provide the full home inspection, the listing agent should refuse to accept it and, instead, request a list of repairs as a result of the report.
