So, With Whom Do I Communicate?

Make it clear upfront to other agents in a transaction exactly with whom in your firm the other agent is to communicate when emailing offers, documents, and providing additional information.

When a listing agent is working a transaction with (1) members of a team, or (2) with two agents in a firm who simply work together, the listing agent needs to know precisely to whom communication about the transaction should go so important information won’t fall through the cracks.

Communication is usually time-sensitive, and the listing agent needs to know exactly who on the selling side needs the information.
