We’re back for another dynamic real estate event on Thursday, April 13th. This half-day event will bring together broker owners, residential and commercial real estate professionals, Mississippi’s economic development leaders, and industry affiliates across the ten-county region. Attendees will enjoy back-to-back feature presentations by REALTOR® Magazine’s 30 Under 30 Winners, networking, lunch, door prizes, and more. Our agenda offers engaging content for every member. Registration is open to CMR Members and their invited guests. Seating is limited to 200. Early registration is recommended.

Harrison Beacher joins us as this quarter’s keynote address presenting “Power of Partnerships” fireside chat with business partner, Ryan Butler. A native Washingtonian and washed-up D1 college football player, Harrison Beacher is a Managing Partner of the Coalition Properties group, serving the DC metro area Affiliated with Keller Williams Capital Properties. Harrison was honored by the National Association of Realtors® and included in Realtor® Magazine’s 30 under 30 Class of 2016. Harrison served as the 2022 president for the Greater Capital Area Association of Realtors (GCAAR), and also serves as an at-large director for the DC Association of Realtors (DCAR). Harrison serves as a 2023 Co-Vice Chair for NAR’s meetings and events committee and serves on the Board of Directors . Harrison Lives in the Michigan Park neighborhood of northeast DC with His wife, newborn son HL and dog. A retired DJ, Harrison loves making playlists for his every event, sharing funny memes & Tik-toks, and traveling to places with delicious and thoughtful food, drinks, great music, nightlife, warm weather, history & culture. Harrison is a national speaker and coach on the topics of social media optimization, mindset, young professional development, wealth building, Diversity, Equity, and inclusion.

Moses Hall started his real estate career in 2014 as a licensed REALTOR®. Moses Hall specializes in commercial investment property acquisitions and commercial real estate dispositions. In January 2019, Moses launched MoHall Commercial & Urban Development, where his focus is redevelopment through commercial real estate and investment properties. Through collaborative efforts, his ultimate goal is to revitalize communities and build wealth through real estate on the south side of Chicago. Moses' mission has been highlighted in publications, as he received the prestigious honor of being named Realtor Magazine 30 under 30 Class of 2019 and most recently recognized by the Chicago Association of Realtors with the Commercial Achievement Award. Moses previously served as the 2021 National Association of Realtors Chair of the Commercial Economic Issues & Trends Forum, Chair of the Global Business Council for the IL Realtors and also on the N.A.R. Board of Directors.
