Annual REALTOR® Membership Dues Billing Approaching

 

Thank you for being a member of Central Mississippi REALTORS®. Annual billing for the next calendar year occurs in October. Invoices will be posted in your Member Portal and are due by December 1. After December 1, a $100 reinstatement fee is added to your account.

 

Membership services will be interrupted by December 31. Annual dues are non-refundable after December 31. Payments must be submitted via credit card whether online, by phone, or in person. (Cash, checks or money orders will not be accepted.)

CMR Local Dues $181.50

NAR Consumer Ad Campaign Assessment $45

NAR National REALTOR® Dues $150.00

State Issues Mobilization Fund Assessment $12.50

State REALTOR® or Affiliate Dues $161.00

Voluntary RPAC Fair Share Investment $25 agents $99 brokers

Total: $575 Agents / $649 Brokers

  

If you renew by November 1, you will be entered into weekly prize drawings for $100 gift cards and one drawing for a FREE annual membership. These incentives are our way of thanking you for your membership and for renewing by November 1.

DISCLOSURES:  Dues and RPAC contributions are not deductible as charitable contributions for income tax purposes.  Dues may be an ordinary and necessary business expense.  PORTION OF 2023 DUES NOT TAX DEDUCTIBLE – NAR: 34% of annual dues of $150.00 ($51); MAR: 5% of annual dues of $161 (or $8.05); Note that the entire $45 portion of dues related to public awareness qualifies as deductible dues; Note that the entire $12.50 Issues Mobilization Fund Assessment is non-deductible.  Contributions to RPAC are not deductible for federal income tax purposes. Contributions are voluntary and are used for political purposes. The amounts indicated are merely guidelines and you may contribute more or less than the suggested amounts. The National Association of REALTORS® and its state and local associations will not favor or disadvantage any member because of the amount contributed or a decision not to contribute.  You may refuse to contribute without reprisal. Your contribution is split between National RPAC and the State PAC in your state.  Contact your State Association or PAC for information about the percentages of your contribution provided to National RPAC and to the State PAC.  The National RPAC portion is used to support federal candidates and is charged against your limits under 52 U.S.C. 30116.
