How it works
We are excited to welcome new agents to our community of professionals at CMR. As part of the membership onboarding process, we require new agents to submit certain documents and complete online modules to ensure that they meet our standards of professionalism and ethics.
In order to become a member, new agents must submit a REALTOR® Application, License Status Form, a copy of their Wall License, and complete the Code of Ethics and Fairhaven online modules. Additionally, new members are required to pay prorated annual membership dues.

The CMR Community
Once these requirements are completed, applicants will be provided with a provisional membership status and invited to attend an upcoming New Member Class within sixty (60) days. The New Member Class is a great opportunity to meet fellow incoming new members, learn about the vast benefits of membership, and jump-start your involvement in the CMR community.
For agents transferring to CMR from another association, we ask the agent to provide a Letter of Good Standing from their current association in addition to the required documents mentioned above.
We look forward to welcoming new members to CMR and helping them to succeed in their careers as real estate professionals. If you have any questions about our membership onboarding process, please contact membership@cmr.realtor or give us a call at (601) 948-1332.
