We are excited to welcome new agents to our community of professionals at the CMR. As part of our membership onboarding process, we require new agents to submit certain documents and complete online modules to ensure that they meet our standards of professionalism and ethics.

To become a member, new agents must submit a REALTOR Application, License Status Form, a copy of their wall license, and complete the online modules Code of Ethics and Fairhaven. In addition, new members are required to pay prorated annual membership dues.

Once these requirements are completed, applicants will be provided with a provisional membership status and will be invited to attend an upcoming New Member Class within 60 days. The New Member Class is a great opportunity to meet other new members, learn about the benefits of membership, and get involved in the CMR community.

For agents transferring to CMR from another association, we ask for a Letter of Good Standing from their current association in addition to the required documents mentioned above.
