About the Instructor Brian E. Estes, CCIM, CPM
President, The Estes Group, Inc. · Principal Member, Estes-Manning Management Group, LLC
Brian is a CCIM Institute Instructor who teaches CI 101: Financial Analysis for Commercial Investment Real Estate and CI 103: User Decision Analysis for Commercial Investment Real Estate. He also serves on the CCIM Institute Board of Directors and as the 2027 Presidential Liaison for Education. He started his career as a staff accountant after graduating from Mississippi College, then spent ten years as a staff appraiser and associate broker before building his own firm. Today the Estes organizations manage more than 1,500,000 square feet of commercial space and over 1,600 residential units representing nearly $125,000,000 in asset value. His practice centers on investment properties above $1 million, including shopping centers, net leased properties, and multifamily, and he regularly puts together partnerships and group investments for clients who invest to build long-term wealth.
