Chris Chism, a local pioneer in educational technology and artificial intelligence, is widely recognized for his transformative leadership, innovative mindset, and strategic use of data. A nationally sought-after speaker, Chism has delivered more than 190 presentations over the past 19 months on the evolving role of AI in education and industry—reaching audiences across the Southeast and beyond, including Washington, D.C., and New York.

He was invited to address a joint legislative task force on artificial intelligence at the Mississippi State Capitol and has appeared on both radio and television to discuss the real-world implications of AI. In April 2025, he testified before the U.S. House Committee on Education, offering expert insight on the role of artificial intelligence in K–12 classrooms.

Lawrence Yun is Chief Economist and oversees the Research group at the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®. He supervises and is responsible for a wide range of research activities for the association, including NAR's Existing Home Sales statistics, Affordability Index, and Home Buyers and Sellers Profile Report. He regularly provides commentary on real estate market trends.
