REALTOR® Association Joining Fees

All Association fees are paid online to CMR

REALTOR^® Membership (Agent)

Application fee:	$200
Annual dues (approx.):**	$600

Designated REALTOR® Membership (Broker)

Application fee:	$300
Annual dues (approx.):**	$600

Dues collected are for 3 REALTOR® Associations: local, state and national
** Annual REALTOR® dues are prorated in accordance with the date on your license. No other fees are prorated
- If you join in January, you will pay 12 months of dues
- If you join in June, you will pay 6 months of dues
- If you join in December, you will pay one month of dues for the current year plus the annual dues for the upcoming year that are due no later than Dec 1.

The exact amount of your joining fees cannot be determined until all paperwork has been received.

Other REALTOR^® Association Administrative Fees

Late fee (incurred when annual dues are paid after December 1):	$100
Transfer fee (transferring from one firm to another, including into a referral company):	$100
Reactivation fee (within 60 days from termination):	$100
Reactivation fee (after 60 days from termination):	all fees related to a new member apply

MLS United Access Fees

MLS Subscriber fees (licensee affiliated with an MLS Participant) paid online to MLS United

New Subscriber online access fee (REALTOR® Association member):	$100
New Subscriber online access fee (affiliated non-member):	$250
MLS service fees (paid biannually on April 1 and Oct 1, directly to MLS United):	$270
eKey Access Fee (to access Supra lockboxes - drafted by Supra on the 28th of each month):	$16.63/mo

MLS Participant (Principal broker of the firm)

Application fee (CMR, GCAR, & NWMAR members):	$800
MLS Only Application fee (REALTOR® dues paid to another Association):	$1000
MLS service fees (paid biannually on April 1 and Oct 1, directly to MLS United):	$270
eKey Access Fee (to access Supra lockboxes - drafted by Supra on the 28th of each month):	$16.63/mo
